You could take drive-through style PCR swab test here. I decided to take the test and 10 mins later it was almost finished. Price is different depending on how fast you want to get the results. the fastest options, you can choose "6 hours".

I did PCR Swab test here on 17/06/21 in the evening and the doctor at the drive thru was not even telling me to relax in the beginning and just did the nose swab directly (he was not even looking at me, he was looking at his other colleagues around). When he did the test for the faring area, he just put the stick to my tongue and left without saying anything. I decided to called him back and clarify why it was in the tongue and not in the back of my throat, he said that he did not finish. Was it even following the correct procedure? I paid 850k for the test and if it is not done correctly, what a shame.

Unfriendly staffs, doctor was talking u0026 joking casually for a long time with the staff and using his phone before finally came for consultation, then after paying to cashier I had to wait again and call several times for the guy at the medicine counter to come back to his post, spent a total of 1 hour just for general practitioner to get consultation u0026 buy medicines here. Not going back ever and not going to recommend this place.

The building is quite ok as a hospital.
But I went to the orthopedy and I think it's overprice. Everytime we go there, we need to pay IDR 100,000 just for registration, everytime! I've got a some mild wounds from falling from a bicycle, the nurse just clean it up and put some gel on it and they've charged me IDR 421,000 just for that! I felt like being robbed that day. The orthopedy doctor consultation price is IDR 420,000.
And the parking space is not good, narrow and it's almost impossible to turn around when there's another car from different direction.
I think that's my last visit ever to this hospital.

Great hands on service. Many of the staff speaks English. They have international standards which makes it one of the safer hospitals to go to. New location for sports medicine and performance in Senayan City is a first class facility that you cannot find anywhere in Indonesia.any professional athletes and sports teams go there.

Don't expect you'll get your PCR test result on time here. They always say on progress like their hospital's name.

The customer care employee help a child who take out the paper from the wood rack. He laugh to child and advise him dont do it again.

The service at this hospital is very complete. Our child and my wife have been visited here. The doctor who check the patients are very reliable and carefully.

This hospital is accept many an insurance company as them provider. It can be applied by cashless or reimburse the payment. It depend by the insurance benefit.

There also have applied the go green concept. The cashier of pharmacy said that we are go green, so we submit you the medicine only without a plastic bag.
