The place is so clean and well organized. The restaurants itself is affordable and there are so many options of food that you want to get from snacks to main course.

A well maintained hospital, it’s clean and comfortable. I want to give some advice on the parking tickets and the appointment mechanism.

The timestamp written on the parking ticket taken when I first enter the hospital compound most likely has been manipulated maybe by accident.

I entered the hospital compound at 08:30AM but the time written was at 08:27AM. So that the 5 minutes free of charge policy would be very hard to comply, especially when you are just going there to pick someone up at the lobby.

I have been experiencing this for quite some time as I have been here for several times for years, but only now I finally put a review on google as I have no idea where to complain to and no one seem to pay attention at.

The second thing is about the appointment’s mechanism. I called to the hospital to book an appointment with a doctor but then a mere call is just not enough, as I have to get the queue number physically at the hospital. It would benefit patients who live nearby as patients are allowed to get the queue number as early as 7AM for a doctor’s appointment at 18:00PM for instance. Meaning patients living far would have disadvantages when it comes to getting a low queuing number. Patients coming from afar would ideally come to the hospital like an hour before and they would surely see the doctor at a very later time. I feel like this mechanism is a bit old fashioned.

I hope something could be done to make the hospital notice about how patients feel about the two things I briefly written about.

Place was clean and nice, there are 2 restaurants. There were also several competent doctors around hence the 2 stars.

However, what is the point of the appointment system? I booked for an appointment at 17:00. Arrived at 16.30 and was told to get a queue number. Ended up waiting for almost two and a half hour and finally met the doctor at 19:00.

After the appointment, i have to wait for 30min, just to give the prescription to the pharmacy which i thought was quite a long waiting time. Then, i have to wait a further 45 min for the medicine to be made and able to be collected which i think is average waiting time.

However, one of the restaurant closed at 19:30. Please make this sense? Although, one of the restaurant open until 20.45 and that could have almost made up for it if only there were more restaurants.

Not to mention most of the hospital staff are rude and unhelpful. When asked, they either ignored me directly or indirectly by saying phrases such as “i don’t know myself” or “just wait” in not a friendly tone. Mind you that this is not in any way a cheap hospital, please make this make sense?

Have a few doctor that i feel comfortable with. Medicine price is also reasonable compare to pharmacy outside the hospital.

But one thing they still insists on saving the credit card number during payment even thought it is not allowed anymore by BI for few years already.

Hopefully someone from management see this and make ammendment to their system

Well this hospital is quite nice. Has a lot of parking space. Has many specialist. The flow of patient in here quite many. And also there is many food stall here. I just found wangs kopitiam is open here. I also buy chattime here. Ok here. The laboratory also ok. Staff are friendly also.

This is the hospital where my wife gave birth to our first son ???? the hospital has complete services + facility, and I personally love the interior here, so calm u0026 peaceful, one of the best in West Jakarta with reasonable price...

And they have cafetaria with great food as well, so the visitor and family don't have to go outside of complex to eat...
