Good facilities, great staff response. They very put much attention on patient needs. Satisfied with their doctor. Physicians also do their job professionally.

Limited food choice, they only have 1 food canteen in hospital, and need to drive to go to nearest food place. Maybe they can improve in this area

Worst hospital I've heard. My gf come here for her stomach problem. They recommend her to get hospitalized cause of the risk of appendicitis.

The next day, she want to go home cause she feels fine and they didn't allow it cause of 1 doctor here not allow it until he see the CT Scan which we are not allow to see (CT-Scan on first day). Even though, 2 or more other doctors told her to go home. This makes her to stay there unnecessary.

Then on the 3rd day, when she want to go home not caring about the result. they told her multiple times to wait and wait again for the doctor to come since 4 am. Until 2 pm, they said the doctor in operation room, why not he come to check on her first. Then she wait until 4 pm where the nurse said she can't go home cause administration closed at 12 pm. This makes her to stay there unnecessary for the 2nd times.

Overall, this one doctor told her appendicitis risk of explode. But, he not even monitor her. Always told her that she have appendicitis, she need to be operated which it's already healed by antibiotics.

Basically wasting money and time because of this one doctor who feels he's right and others wrong.
The food always late, so little, and expensive too.

Description:
It is a private hospital that is located between center and north Jakarta.

Strength:
1. Easy to access and reach from normal traffic
2. Good in handling patients and experienced doctors, in my case for emergency and inpatient class-3
3. Clean and modern building

Weakness:
1. Very slow response and process for pharmacy department and customer service
2. expensive for prescriptions and service
3. Hard to find parking spot in peak hour
4. Overall, I feel I got bad impression from their management system.

On of Mitra Keluarga hospital francise and located at Kemayoran. You can found this hospital beside Kemayoran Athlete village. Overall, I am satisfied with its services. Large parking space, clean sanitary, good facilities. The let down points are its expensive here, long lead time for its services, and too much administration processes.

Same problem with many people here, pharmacy waiting time is hell!! Seems bad reviews not changing their service. Waiting about 1 hour for pay my receipt and 1,5 hour to get the medicine, so sad. Definitely not coming back to their pharmacy again.

Changing from 2 star to 1 star, because after read more reviews they really dont care about this bad review

Easy booking, good doctor
But the coordination between doctor to pharmacy is not too good. Oftenly the pharmacian ask back the doctor, a little wasting time.
