This hospital provides best services for maternity care. They have the best ObGyn (I recommend dr. Hendrik Sutopo). Delivering my children here smoothly with all the facilities and customer care. The food here is surprisingly good! So glad to have known this hospital

Very recommended to be chosen as they have profesional doctor and nurses that will give you all the care needed. Plus point that this is a mom n baby hospital so its very safe here with good health protocol for covid. Here i will also recommend Dr Hendrik Sutopo if anyone considering to have a normal delivery as currently it is rare to find doctor who will be very supportive and care even it took long hours. With my experience of 17 hrs long, never once doctor hendrik drop my hope to have a normal delivery. He went through and help me during those hours and my baby born healthy n safe. Thanks for all the nurses as well who help me going through my 17 hrs and for all the support during my labor. The food is good not a tasteless one and the cleanliness also good. I take deluxe room (1 occupancy with 1 toilet inside + sofa bed for my husband). I would say the price also fair enough if you dont have any special request added for the delivery. So you just need to understand the pricing term n condition which the reception at the lobby will inform you the detail.

I am have the best best treatment here since I am pregnancy until I am deliver my baby in this hospital, for the Obgyn Doctor (Hendrik Sutopo), Baby Doctor (Stephen Chia), and all the Nurses give a good explanation and services every time they come to check up us and when we are needed, thanks for Grand Family Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital Team and Management also to Create

We had our first born on June, 2022 here.
Their service from start to end was wonderful, the staff was very friendly.
We picked Deluxe room. The room was great and clean, they provided basic toiletries and towel for the mother. They provide clothes and diapers for the baby. They changed the drink water and hot water in your room regularly. The housekeeping also cleaned your room everyday.
Also, importantly, their food was very delicious, taste nothing like hospital food. I enjoyed every meal they served and I always finished it without leftovers.
Most important thing is, their medical personnel : from doctor, midwife and nurses were cery capable. The procedure from start until i leave the hospital : from preliminary check, caesarian section, post operation care, were very neat and comfortable. The c-section by my ObGyn, dr. Ferdhy S. and team run very smoothly. The nurses always gave medication on time and checked my condition regularly. Before i left the hospital, the nurses gave the mothers class about take care of your newborn : how to bath and breastfeeding.
Last but not least, they gave me very useful presents : sets of baby skincare and diaper bag.
Overall, my staycation to have our baby was very satisfying and comfortable. Thank you for your services, Grand Family team.

Good maternity hospital with, strict protocol, great staff service, clean place, but little bit pricey..and the doctor here also very popular, so get ready for long queue for certain doctor here..

The best hospital for childbirth. really cares about the health and feelings of the mother during the birthing process. Doctors, nurses and all staff are very helpful, friendly, patient and competent.
