Usually i go to kalibata. Than i have to go to this place as a guest. And it was wow! They have bigger place and more complete on the item for gym.

The locker room is quiet comfy and clean. Include the friendly staff.

This place is borderline fraudulence. If you paid for something and change your mind, it is near impossible or quite impossible to ask for a refund. This policy is seemingly a problem with all the GoldGym branch. I cancelled my membership but told my 1-year contract will automatically stop the direct debit, but they kept charging me. When I was aware of the mistake, I ask for a refund and have proved that I have not visited the Gym since I cancelled. However, they refused to do any refund and lied about contacting me back for a resolution. Please be aware of the gym's unfair policy and ask them for a proper term and condition contract.

They only interested to attract new customer, but ignore their current customer. my reports of broken equipment were often ignored.

I would strongly suggest you research deeply before signing up with this gym. I found many complaints that were hidden unless you look deeper. If I had research properly, I would not have signed up.

By far the largest Gold's Gym in Jakarta, there's even a jogging track in the second floor and a boxing arena in the back. Equipment wise, some are already pretty old, I can hardly read the dumbbell weight (how hard it's to add new label?). But unlike others, the locker room and the sauna are quite roomy. Overall it's great experience working out here. There aren't much people in the weekend.

Gym quality is good overall ... But this gym is lack of maintenance. The lounge area is okay. Thry have 2 imac but seems they always too laze to change the battery for wireless mouse + keyboard. I been here for few months and they dont replace the battery. One time i brought my own battery , 4 AAA, just to replace it.
The man shower is kindda gross. But still much better than Citraland Golds gym.

One of the megagym in north jakarta, has a large enough area and complete facilities. Prices to join here are quite affordable and they have trained and friendly staff. Success!
