Good place for dining after the renovation. More comfortable seating area. Coffee is also available with bagels in different area but still inside the building. However there's no service area for self putting tray and eating utensils. I think it will be a good additional so the employee don't need to clean each and every table. People can put away their tray in designated area, so the cleaning process will be faster.

Au0026W Pluit cleanliness and welness seems so dubious in this time of pandemic. No temperature checks present, although this place comply with the PSBB rule including the installation of separators.

The place seems danky, old, and in dire need of renovations. The AC is warm and the toilet is broken. But the food, their Au0026W waffle is one of the best with crunchy and egg flavor emanating strongly

All American food: fried chicken, burger, Au0026W with float.
Still crowded when I came on 9pm. Last order 9.30 pm
Au0026W in this place newly renovated but already there since more than 30y ago.
The place is clean, modern and cozy.
Right choice for fast food hangout.

One of the oldest Au0026W restaurant in Jakarta, unfortunately it already remodelled and lost its vintage looks.

after renovating the restaurant it was good, but the service was not friendly, when I wanted to pay I asked the cashier if the price of the burger included rootbeer? The cashier I asked him to be quiet until I repeated it twice, then he said, then I ordered a deluxe burger for take away, apparently not given chili sauce or tomatoes at all, then order rootbeer with float, but the taste of the float is not as good as it used to be. Improve your service and quality again
