I'm giving a full 5 stars just because of the friendly receptionists and staff. The hotel building is rather run down and showing wear and tear. The shower was hot. The bed was king size but not very comfortable. The sink is outside of the bathroom across on the other side of the room. There is a light which cannot be switched off and requires the manual removal of the light-bulb to turn off. The window is tiny. There are scuff marks on all the furniture and walls. The acoustics are terrible: you can hear conversations from other rooms.
We checked-in and found a nice hand-written welcome note on the bed and another hand-written welcome note on the bedside. That was nice.
Check-out was quick and they found a pair of pants we had forgotten. (Thanks to the housekeeping staff).
The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was alright. I got my omelette, hot tea, and some rice with chicken and vegetables.
For the price and location (near malls in Kelapa Gading), it can be said it was worth it but I'd have preferred a renovated hotel.
