Stay on 30 July 2022.
Room is not ready at check in time, we need to wait almost one hour to get in the room.

Room is supposed to be ok for the price we pay. There is a water leakage from AC room as if you could take a shower from it, hopefully it is not going to flood all the rooms.

Internet connection in the room is terrible.
Do not expect to watch clear and bright TV channels.

Ordering meal from the restaurant takes for ages.

Many outdoor areas are not well maintained, grass and wild plants grow wildly.

The cafe was enough, the whole place have a cozy feeling from the cafe, the rooms are comfortable, the place are natural with forest and greens and have many activity. The room shower have warm water option.

But from all those the cafe's 2nd floor are sensitive with vibration, so when people are walking it'll feel a little like a slight earthquake, the bathroom is pretty cramped but decently clean, there's birds and chickens, the cafe's menu are delicious but breakfast are bad, most of the time the foods aren't there at breakfast

The pool are wide, very refreshing, there's slides and your common waterpark plaything, the pool is decently clean

Perfect place for outbound, but some room need to check about the cleanliness I found so many ants inside my friend room! thank you

Stay with fam 13-14 Aug at Deluxe Mountain View 650K... Surprisingly out of our expectation when we arrived... No room service accompany us to our room, poor cleanliness area also building not maintain well, dull paint and look rusty in handrail + platform. Rooms next ours, empty, looks creepy and there's dirty towel in basket in front of one of that empty room (untill we check out the day after, that dirty towel still in there), TV station only local TV and WiFi very slow and poor connection.. High grass and bush as long as pathway to pool... Maybe this is first and last we stay here..

The hotel have a quite complete facilities, but cleanness at some areas are less. I booked caravan garden view and deluxe mountain view.

We reserved for 100 people but they served meal for 75 only. At that moment, we were treating the orphans and some of them cannot get the food. Even though they cook again for the rest, but the kids had to wait for a long time until they got served. They also did not provide professional aerobic instructor, but they put it in the offered rundown list. The MC was not professional either. The person himself was nice but way out of my expectation.

The place is very comfortable for relaxing with the many amenities offered ranging from outbound, mini zoo, a hotel with the concept of caravan, truck caffeshop and dining venues that blends with nature.

Highly recommended for families with children, as well as the group's office has provided facilities for public hall and a place away from the crowds
