bagi saya penanganan yg sangat buruk.anak saya demam lebih dr 48jam,tetapi masih aktif,dan sudah sy kasih obat dr apotek serta sehari sebelumnya sfh saya bawa ke bidan terdekat tetapi blm ada perubahan.untuk itu saya bawa anak sya ke klinik tapi dokter jaga pada hari senin 10 february 2019 sekitar jam 9 pagi bilang kalau anak saya sakit tenggorokan dan memeriksanya pun gusrak gusruk sprti cek org dewasa..halo pak anak saya masih umur 16bln,tetapi anda tdk ada lemag lembutnya..yg kedua bilang sakit tenggorokan? anak saya lahap makan minum susu pengalaman saya waktu anak saya sakit tenggorokan dia seminggu gamau makan dan mnum susu..lalu cuman di resep i obat ga sampe 5menit dia nanganin..lalu ditanya lah sm suami saya 'pak anak saya sakit apa ?' dia jawab 'sakit tenggorokan paling' ('sakit tenggorokan mungkin') pak saya meskipun memakai BPJS saya bayar tiap bulannya dan pembayaran saya bukan untuk menguji kepandaian anda ber pendapat 'mungkin' ini anak saya nyawa pak tapi ditanggapi dg kata 'mungkin' tolong jelaskan apakah pelayanan anda setiap kali dengan pasien sprti itu? jelas kami butuh penjelasan atau perlu kejelasan medis yg menyatakan anak saya terkena penyakit itu..bukan atas dasar mungkin...dan akhirnya kami minta rujukan ke rumah sakit klo memang di klinik ini tdk punya alat untuk mendeteksi kemungkinan itu..setidaknya jangan meremehkan setiap pasien yg datang untuk berobat...kami bukan hanya membutuhkan obat..tapi kami juga ingin tau apa penyebab penyakit kami.. tolong saya memang pendatang dan baru pindahkan BPJS faskes tingkat 1 saya disini..apakah begini pelayanan kalian ,?
