It was hard to decide how to rate this.
Ecolodge is on a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle with good customer service.
HOWEVER, when we were sleeping, I kept itching feeling bugs on me. We woke up to turn the lights and fpudn ants EVERYWHERE. There were thousands on the bed, floors, bathroom, everywhere.
We called security around 11 pm and they were able to change our rooms, but that was pretty traumatizing and still felt phantom ants.
There's also no AC and it does get pretty hot, but think of it like camping. ????

We loved our stay here but you have to be prepared this is a eco lodge. There is no hot water, no air conditioning. You can hear the frogs and the lizards at night outside, this is all part of the experience

Beautiful place but outdated and infested with rats in the room. I was woken by rats all night.
