Really good quality clothing store, often come to buy high quality pants and shirts and if u are lucky, u can found items with discounts.

Services are good but it is very crowd when holidays and events.

I never thought uniqlo in sun plaza has this bad services and manners. My friends go to this UNIQLO to buy a shirt, and bring canvas bag ????️ and she can get inside the store without someone warn her about the rule that i didn't know exist or just a lie. After she shopping she go to the cashier of course, but she got stopped by security that want to seal her bag and treat her like she stole something, are you know how it's feel like when someone treat you like you steal something in public place and in a store?? It's not a pleasant feeling. It's not a pleasant feeling. Hope you can respect your customer and not embarrassed them.

Medan branch Uniqlo. Located at Sun Plaza Ground Floor near the south entrance (parking basement).

The lights are so bright that attract customers to enter and do a shopping there. The place is also spacious which sell various clothes for all levels: infants, kids, men, women and oldies. The fabric is of high quality with reasonable price. Clothes for any season are provided. They also prepare some cashiers to avoid long queue for the payment. A nice place to buy clothes with family ????

We know UNIQLO standard is great. Friendly staffs and worth it products. Even in Medan they keep serving the customer with that standard. The only thing that lack in UNIQLO Medan they don't sell some collections, like for now you can't found Ines de la Fressange collection etc.

Tryin their clothes for 3 times and the staffs in the fitting room is having an uncomfortable faces. 3/5 not goin back to this place.
