Good service, fast orders, comfortable atmosphere. Classic Dark Chocolate cake is bad, not fresh anymore.

Cleanliness must be improved and there were no toilets in the Starbucks.

Sadly this was very disappointing. Crowded, dirty, average coffee and the pastries didn't taste good. Access is also from outside the main mall, which means navigating the mall security twice if you want to get back into the mall again. Suggest to try Muse or Coffeenatic if you want good coffee in Medan.

1st visit to this first starbucks reserve in Sumatera. Very large seating area, very friendly and fast service from the baristas. And also nice smoking area outside. They serve a small yummy cookie with my coffee. Loved it.

Unique architecture with high ceilings. Very nice ambiance for studying or working, even better than the regular Starbucks. There's a special coffee offered here. 5/5 would come again.

Loving this Starbucks Reserve, i always go back here to sip some coffee and enjoying the city view. Really nice place and the staff is also friendly. Well done Starbucks i love u guys.

The Wi-Fi is inconsistent. If it's even exists after all.
