Worst courier service ever. Please just shutdown your company, send a package to same city destination takes a week.

The worst delivery service ever. Okay here's the updated one: My package was supposed to arrived within 3-4 days but I'm still waiting at day 5 without any update whatsoever. Went to their office to confirm and guess what, it's sitting right there. It's really cepat, if you go and pickup yourself.

Worst Courier Service ever exist. using BEST Service (Same day service, cost around 100k IDR) from Jakarta to Medan, sent 4th July and haven't received the package (7th July), customer service is not available and no way to reach this company
Hi It's 10 July and still no progress on the delivery status and I still haven't receive the package.

They've already renovated the customer drop point so that customers can drop the item comfortably. Although the drop point is small, it feels very cozy
