Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan sanken.. Khususnya tukang servicenya.. Masih makan gaji ng usah belagu.. Saya kesana service dvd saya bukan krn saya mau gratis ya.. Saya merasa dvd yg saya beli 6 bulan pake tp tidak berfungsi lagi. Memang saya tidak bawa kwitasi pembelian krn lupa.. Ok si tukang nya bilang kl ng ada kwitansi akan di kenakan biaya service.. Saya jawab ok.. Yg udah ng pp lah saya krn udah jauh jauh ke tmpt sanken.. Dengan biaya 80 rb service dvd.. Nth kenapa si tukangnya bilang ke temennya kl dvd saya udah pernah di buka segelnya.. Si temen ny check segel katanya ng ada di buka.. Itu saya denger jelas sekali.. Maksud si tukang ini apa ya.. Bilang dvd saya udah pernah di buka segelnya..? Saya merasa sakit hati krn memang dvd yg saya beli blm blm pernah di service!! Jd saya ada berdebat dengan si tukang servicenya yg merasa hebat.. Saya pembeli loh.. Saya beli produk sanken loh.. Jd tolong si tukangservice nya jgn merasa hebat!!
