Queue system is applied here. Quite fast service provided by their team members. They will inform you expected service charges first before customers agreeing on the services to be performed. Payment can be made by cash and card. Spacious parking are provided here.

First time to visit Samsung Service Center to have my Note 9 phone's battery replaced cause the performance after 3 years is last fo less than 4 hours only. The price is quite expensive but I do believe the quality of price I paid. The parking lot is more than enough for 30 cars and 20 motorcycles. You ought to take a que number base on your need repair, purchase, pee booking (a facility with joining Samsung member), an so on. The service job is finished within promising est time and notify by phone call. Recommended service center.

Great service. They even open on Saturdays until 03.00 pm. One big brand. Lots of electronic products.

Product repair center for famous brand Samsung. You can bring your mobile phones, tv, etc to this service center should you seek for help. Need to be prepared though, a very long queue, so you should come very early. The management should reorganize the customer service officers to give better customer support.

Samsung should find another vendor/partners to handle their official service center here. Staffs not fully equipped with required skills to handle uncommon or intl's bought items.
