Love the Gulai Kepala Kakap!!

It's a legendary regular kedai, nothing fancy, open only until noon. Recommended food is their Gulai Kepala Kakap, Ayam Goreng and Udang Goreng. It's not too cheap for a regular Rumah Makan. That day we spend almost 500 thousand rupiah for 3 persons. Once I spoke to the Ibu who own the place, she said her food is inspired by a mix of the family culture, her mom is Sundanese and her dad is Malay Medanese (Not Bataknese).

But definitely, I will always comeback to this place again and again.

When you travel to Medan, come to this restaurant. They serve fresh and delicious Seafood. This is one of the best. Shrimp/prawns is the best, it’s the first priority you have to order

Oldies favorite for Curry Fish Head.. they have chicken for those who are not fish people.. nice pickle..
