Got nice service and hospitalization here. The nurses and doctors are friendly to patients. The emergency unit is fast response and gives excellent service. The hospital is also very clean. The entrance from the parking area is bad, it should provide some lamps and some nice entrance paths. And has doors not only on level 1 and 2 from the parking area. But perhaps they still have construction on there so I hope it will be better.

Super Crowded. It's almost impossible to get a parking spot. BPJS patients are welcome here. Heard a lot of bad words of how they serve people. Such a weird location to have such a BIG Building. What were they thinking? Helping people to have a traffic jam so that they get distracted of their medical condition? Plus, the securities have such a sarcastic way of kicking people out of the parking lot.

So far, 3 successful operations on 2 family members, hip replacenent, appendix and ovarian. Lovely professional staff. Seems some people in reviews don't know where the real parking is in which their are plenty of spaces in multistorey parking lot.

One of the largest but new hospital in town. The service here is not bad. Many experienced doctors as well. BPJS also can be used here

The place it's like a 5 star hotel even the lift can not reach every floor, but it's ok

the best hospital in north sumatera, it's the only one, thank you so much, especially for dr.edward suryanta sembiring, Sp.THT KL, and nurses for everything, May Allah always blesses you forever ....

So disappointed with orthopaedic dr today. No more than 5 minutes talk with his patient and without examination. With flat face expression and arrogantly commented regarding to patient ages. ( as I know orthopaedic Dr must expected more older patient to come to see them) so pls don't treat them badly because they''re old and need your help.
