Pesen kamar selama 6 hari, dan hanya sanggup nginap 3 hari berselang seling. Hari pertama di lantai 3, trus kasurnya semacam dipan yang sangat tipis, yang akan jeblok kalau kita agak berat badannya.
Besoknya kita minta ganti kamar ke lt.2. Dan nginap di hari ketiga. Its worse. Kamar mandinya superrrr bauk. Bahkan ketika toilet di flush, air yang keluar itu bukan air bersih, tapi kayak air got. Mau buang air kecil aja kita harus tutup hidup. Parah bau banget. Ga lagi2 deh. Ga ada sampo, sabun, tisu toilet pun ga ada. Tisu ruangan ga ada, bahkan selama 2 hari nginap cuma dikasi 1 handuk padahal untuk nginap 2 org.
Besoknya minta ganti kamar lagi. Kasitau keluhan kita. Dan ga nginap disana. Hari ke empat, baru nginap disana. Kamarnya diganti memang. Kamar mandinya masih bau, tapi ga sebau yang sebelumnya. But, ga ada handuk sama sekali. At all. Satupun ga ada. Waktu turun ke bawah minta handuk, yang ada dibilang "handuknya habis, masih di laundry" whaaaaatttttt???

Karena tampilan foto di RedDoorz menarik, akhirnya saya booking untuk 6 malam.

Kamar gelap, lembap, kamar mandi yang pengap, hawa kamar sangat tidak nyaman, Kondisi ruangannya seram u0026 Tutup kloset juga rusak.
Saya menghubungi RedDoorz dan menanyakan apakah bisa refund, namun ternyata tidak bisa. Saya direkomendasikan untuk pindah kamar, setelah lihat kamar lain, malah sama saja.
Akhirnya setelah 2 jam setelah check-in, saya memutuskan untuk pindah hotel u0026 merelakan uang yang sudah saya bayar untuk 6 malam.
