It used to be a very good accommodation, new building, in the center of the city and affordable.
It is still located in the center of the city (obviously!) and affordable, but now the place needs a lot of maintenances. Some rooms have tore wallpapers, the AC is not cooling enough, broken shower holder in the bathroom, clogged shower drain and sometimes it took so long for the water to heat up.
But, it still at the top 5 of my accommodation-list every time I visit Medan.
One certain thing that hasn't changed is how friendly and helpful the staffs are, I always feel welcomed every time ????
