Booking for superior room at high floor.informed by FD during c/in the room i book currently under renovation,So they give an upgrade to Deluxe room locate at 3rd floor.
First 2 days,Breakfast serve at level 1 ballroom due restaurant at level 7 is under renovation.
Cons:
-The Hot n Cold water tab at shower and sink is problem.sometime its very hot suddenly temperature drop and its very worst when u open the cold water then during shower its suddenly change to hot water.(maintenance need to look on this)
-The Air conditioner not very cold and temperature change suddenly.its Centralised AC sytem,the control panel located at entrance.
-The limit of the temperature is 25° but i dont think its 25° either.during at night,the temperature change and our sleep is disturb coz sweating at night.
-Medan located in SEA country,so the temperature is hot and the AC is important thing to provide n maintaining.
-The lift is not functioning properly,choose this hotel due to the security and card tap acces to floor but sometimes the lift no need to insert the access card to prees your floor button.Please rectify this item coz security is very important to minimise outside people go to guest floor room freely.
-The buffet spread (at ballroom level 1) need to upgrade the service,food wasnt top up faster.need to inform the staff for top up the finish food.Fruits and butter also need around 15mnt to top up even after informed the staff.(Fu0026B in charge person need to take extra attention on this)
-Toilet at swimming pool its outdated n kind of scary,please change your bulb.its very dark.
-Room 313 TV remote problem,cant press shutdown button.We need remove the plug from socket every night before sleep and put it back in morning.
Pros:
-Staff, this one is very superb.Staff is polite and welcoming.They really helping and make feel like home.
-Thank you to FD staff who serve me at c/in on 5/8/22.(forgot the name).She give me the room early after room ready.reach at 1130am and only wait around 20mnt before get the room.
-The Housekeeping team,this team very good and helpfull.They always makeup room everyday when we go outside to town.All amenities is top up as per c/in condition.Thank You.we love everytime our room look clean n tidy after come back.
-The FD staff during our C/out miss julianna u0026 Miss Lydia.This 2 lady very good and care.They give us the late c/out at 2pm dueb our flight at 5pm.Thank you miss julliana n miss lydia,really appreciate it...miss julianna come to us and ask about our stay and anything that we need to say or any feedback that can help to improve.She very good,polite and professional person.thump up
-Mr julius,the guy at the concierge is very good and helpfull guys.he always greet everytime we come back.Helpfull and offer help to carry bag and everytime see people who in need,he will offer the help.
-The security,Even the lift is not function properly(like i mention above in cons) but what make me feels safe is this few guys at the front.Know they always there at entrance and checking on every outsider who come in,make me feel safe.They know who is guest who is outsider.
I forgot this guys name,but everyone at security is very good and professional.This kind of security is should have in every hotel,especially 4star n above rating hotel.Good job guys!!!!
