I felt not safe stayed here. The workers enter and took our belonging without permission. They (housekeeping) tend to enter your room whenever they like without knocking or asking is there anyone inside. This place is not safe anymore. If you guys want to stay here for a short vacay, please be safe

“About the room” The room is pretty big for such a low cost, especially if you get a room in the corner. I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night I got a room in the corner. It was a very big room, but had some issues about the toilet's bad scent and its cleanliness. I think this is a new room. There was a strong smell of wood in the room and paint marks on the toilet's floor. So I changed room. Got an issue again about the toilet's door. My sister was locked in the toilet so they have to break the door to let her out. In the third room, it's ok. Hot water works fine and we even got kettle (I didn't expect this for a low cost hotel provides this). The service is good and the lobby room is pretty. My point is 7 for extra low cost kinda hotel.

I have been staying at some OYO hotels, but this was by far the best I have stayed at. Spectacular prices also made my stay outstanding. Will of course extend, and stay for a few weeks.The staff is awesome, very helpful and polite. The room very clean, and everything working as it should. Only downside is that I should have discovered this place sooner :)A big thanks to your friendly staff!Siggy, Norway

. The hotel included all basic needs. Importantly for westerners, the hotel provides guests with bottled water. The staff was ready to help with everything. We have not used the breakfast option, since there are many cafes around. There is a mosque next to the hotel if you need it (see also below).. The hotel is not close to the center, but it is close to the University of North Sumatra (and taxi is cheap for non-Indonesians!). Note that there is a mosque next to the hotel, so be ready to listen to loud azans (but for Indonesia, the windows are fairly good in this respect).

So, I just tried to stay in this hotel. Overall, I love this hotel. By paying not really much, I could get five star hotel facilities, exclude breakfast. It didnt matter for me. Ok, from the location, it is strategic enough . You can use your car or bike for going there. The hotel is big enough.They have large parking area. There are 2 securities, so it is safe. The employees are friendly enough. I stayed on the fourth floor. Dont worry cause there is a lift. For bedroom, I stayed in double delux room. It is really big. There are tv, ac, bed, and bathroom inside. It is shower. But I dont really like with the bathroom cause it is not clean enough. So for you, who is clean freak, it would be a problem for you. For the bed, it is tidy, but there is dusty on it, so I needed to *ngepok ngepok* the bed. Hahahahah. For the wifi, it was really bad. It didnt reach the room I stayed :(. But overall, I love this hotel. Maybe next time, I visit Medan, I will restay in this hotel. Luv . I didnt have a pict of the bedroom, etc. So, I decided to screenshot from the oyo app. But the picts are real.

suasana hotel nyaman dan pelayanan sangat ramah.. namun kurang wangi utk dikamar mandi, lbh baik diperbanyak pewangi dikamar mandi.. tapi semuanya OK and Recommended..

Awesome Hotel with Great deals. Huge reception area, spacious rooms u0026 washrooms with in-house restaurant Helpful u0026 polite staff.. Preferable to stay again in future
