Though it has a 'China' name, but it doesn't really showing that this place belongs to Chinese heritage, but Indian (Tamils). This went way through the 11th Century when the Tamils came to Medan and build this small city (Cinna Kottai) which means 'small city'. It's a worth learned place and history.
