The hospital is crowded, even more queue of people at noon because the registration for BPJS (Health insurance provided by goverment) is closed at 1 pm. Information service is really helpful to give information for the first time customer who dont have patient card yet

Let my friend out of this horrible hospital. She is paying a lot for your suite room but the room is not in living conditions. She is not being dripped and yet has the drip poked into her hands. Lunch looks worse than prison food. Food deliveries arrive HOURS after reaching the lobby. Doctors and nurses are misdiagnosing her so as to prolong her stay. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS. Big hospital with complete services in Medan, North Sumatera. Accept patient from BPJS and Insurance Company, and also public. Strategic location in city center. This hospital also have higher education for nurses (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan).

I registered myself at 1 PM to visit Endocrinology Department. It turned out that the doctor canceled the appointment right after I came at the appointment.

Even I can't use my insurance twice for visiting doctor. It's an appropriate service.

Reliable place for PCR/Covid test, and can provide 4-hour result, rather than 24-hour. In very center of city. Great service. Only that the parking space frequently crowded.

Very bad service where the doctors who are on duty in the IGD are not friendly at all. And when the patient arrived at the IGD, the service was very slow even though at that time there were not so many patient in the IGD, and the attitude of the doctor was very indifferent.

It is located at Medan city centre in the Centre Point Mall complex. It is a hospital with modern facility inside, but unfortunately experienced a little bit complicated problem in admission or visit registration procedure, or room location positioning, especially to outpatient visit. Beside your medical need or any hospitalization needs here, it gives you a very convenient stay, for you can easily meet any your needs here by the situation that you are sorrounding by a lot of store around in the complex that supply anything you or your family member need during your hopitalization stay.
