Clean, nice place. It is always crowded here especially in the morning. If you come here just to get a recommendation letter to hospital, I suggest you to come in the afternoon. You shouldn't come anytime around lunch or dinner, the doctors take hours of recess time. The dental section is quite good. The receptionist are not friendly. They always flock together chit chatting and seems lazy to serve the patient.

Today is actually my 1st experience applying my KIS facility, but I have a very bad 1st experience with the Doctor's service, named dr. Winda, explained patient's question rudely as if I was a beggar, this is the worst Doctor I have ever met through my life

terrible scheduling.

scheduled an appointment for 5pm session, arrived there on time but was pushed back to 6pm with no announcement beforehand. after waiting for u003e1 hour, got pushed back again for 30minutes.

I got a bad service from a doctor, i asked for a letter for 2 days but she answered “saya cuma bisa kasih 1 hari, kok ngatur ngatur saya?”
actually I want to write her name, but I don’t. It can be affected with her carrier as a doctor. I feel ashamed for her.
