One of the main reason I came to Medan for holiday is to look for kwetiau goreng, one of my favorite food when I stayed in Malaysia.
In Jakarta, I rarely see Indonesian Chinese operates stalls to sell kwetiaw goreng, the only one I met is in North Jakarta, if you know other stalls in Jakarta, please kindly share with me.
The stall is run by two seniors, who are really affable, as mentioned in others’s review, the senior man fries the kwetiau with love and care, frankly, I think foodies can distinguish who truly cares about the quality of food delivered to customers, to those who cares about customers, they’re appreciated.
I was glad to find this stall, so that I visited the stall twice (one time dining in and the other time take away) during 3 days in Medan.
The price is quite affordable, a portion is only Rp. 18,000.
Thanks for providing great taste kwetiau goreng to hope to see you soon.????
