We went to Kito this afternoon, 3 adults with 3 small children. At first when looking for a seat the waiter was friendly, then we ordered 4 meals. The waiter should have known clearly there was food for small children, because we were only three adults.
We ordered seafood fried bihun, Seafood fried noodles, Kito fried rice and rice with chili chicken. It turned out that when they arrived, the seafood fried bihun and seafood fried noodles were made with chilies and automatically the children couldn't eat them.
The waiters are not professional and don't care about what guests order, they just write it down, repeat it for you and done. The waiters should be trained better, and inform guests what is spicy and what is not spicy, because the menu clearly says "Bihun Goreng Seafood" which us mean "Seafood fried Bihun" without mentioning with chili or not. Now, after complaining to the waiter who delivered (different from the one who received the order), the waiter who received the order seemed to have been swallowed up by the earth. Lastly, so that the children can eat, we order again the fried Bihun and be warned not to use chilies. What a disappointment for this kind of service, shouldn't she have appeared and apologized? at least?
