While the food we ordered was rather good, the hospitality wasn't. We waved our hands to call for ordering the food, and we knew for sure that they noticed, but they just stood near the counter, ignoring us for a good ten minutes. When one of them finally came toward us, no smile shown at all. Later on, we wanted to order mango sticky rice, but the same waitress said that they ran out of it. Still, without any smiles. New customers came a bit later and they were served mango sticky rice.
Look, we didn't know what was happening, honestly. Felt like we were punished for something we know nothing about. This was our first time here and we doubt that we would come again.
Please teach your staff about hospitality that Thai restaurants are known for. Also, please tell them to say sorry and thank you, ones that we didn't get at all.
