I would say for my 4 days and 3 nights stay here, everything was very enjoyable for the most part. Breakfast is included and served between 6am-10am every day. The food is decent.

Though I must say the room service takes quite a long time. I ordered a sandwich from my room which took 45minutes to be served. Another major comment would be about the linens such as bed sheets, pillow covers, and the likes. There were some stains on the sheets which was not pleasant to see, so if it could be cleaned more thoroughly then it would be perfect.

Other minor amenities such as the chiller doesn't seem to work, and the large showerhead was faulty and sprayed water all over the bathroom. So we had to work around those minor issues.

But all in all everything was good, beautiful hotel decorations, has a swimming pool, gym, and a mini hall room. Best of all, they have prayer rooms readily accessible. For it's price, overall service u0026 amenities, I would say that I'm satisfied and would recommend the hotel.

Rooms is clean, well maintained, nice breakfast selections, but the only problem is parking. Even if you re just dropping off or picking up, the space is just too small and inadequate. Access to/from hotels road quite crowded and can take too much times too.

Very clean and fabulous breakfast, hotel has very good restaurant, this hotel is impeccable, love to stay here again on my next trip
staff were very courtesy, quick check in and check out is appreciated
i asked some help which they supported promptly (Mr. Danimas were so helpful, at the last moment before checkout asked him whether he can get me a lock for my travel bag, he arranged within no time a new lock ) which helped me a lot for next travel to Jakarta

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a nice area. Better than most 4 star hotels in Medan. The room had everything we needed. Great water pressure in showers. Breakfast was yummy and good variety. Cars are valet parked in the empty lot next door. Not undercover but looks safe enough. Only negative was the wifi was very slow and basically unusable. If the internet was faster I would stay here every time. Please let me know if this changes and I will be back!

My second time visit Ibis Style Medan, comfortable as always. but the breakfast seems boring :(
Stayed 3 days but the food just so-so

for a 3 star hotel, they are sure live up to it. Affordable rate with breakfast, pool and gym, lovely receptions, oh, also, send my regards to Wilona, thanks for the coffee ????????

the variety of foods provided is surprisingly small.
The room wasn't properly cleaned up when I checked in. The bed certainly smells like it has just been used.
