Tv room masih tv tabung,check in via airy seharusnya dpt set up room by airy , ini gk ada. Tidak ada free mineral water seperti kredit yang di lampirkan..
Dan waktu kita minta mineral water n perlengkapan mandi by airy staff bilang stok mereka kosong.
Kamar bnya kotor , lantai berpasir bed meninggalkan sisa rayap, lemari n drawer berdebu, swperti jarang di bersihkan wallpaper byk yg leaking.

Padalan hotelnya lumayan bagus cuman kurang terawat. Waktu check in byk bapak2 yg mungkin sedang nginap karna sedang melalukan bisnis. Karna mereka nginap bukan di hari libur tapi hari kerja.
Staff lumayan, ada yang ramah ada yang gk. Wlpun nginap di sini kecewa tidak sesuai expetasi seperti yg di tawarkan. Tapi semoga hotel ini bisa berbenah untuk lebih baik. Karna menurut saya . Hotel nya ramai. Seharusnya management ataupun owner bisa memberikan fasilitas terbaik kepada tamu.
Oh yah tidak di sediakan remot tv, dan remot ac. Ac nya gk dingin. Karna udah selak malas komplen karna gk di cuekin staff . Malah complen byk2.
