Once again a budget hotel shooting below par????
There is nothing "Grand" about this place as the name suggests!

Room rate set at competitive budget level so appealing to those whose only concern is "How much it costs "
However true value is very low????

ALL ROOMS are smoking so everything is tainted with cigarette smoke.
Carpet on floor was exceptionally filthy ????
Room stunk of cigarettes (all clothing in suitcase smelt of cigarettes on leaving after only over night)????
Bed extremely uncomfortable... mattress worn out????
Towel supplied had holes in it????
Shower was broken ????
Toilet very smelly ????
No soap or shampoo supplied????
Breakfast supplied was underwhelming..only rice veges, and tea.????
Coffee extra charge????(yet this island is world famous for coffee)????
Free Wifi doesn't work ????
However if none of these concerns bother you then it's OK

I like the badminton in here, they have 8 field. But you need to make an appointment first.
