A classic style hotel but well maintained and also clean. Good service especially from the front officer. Breakfast was good and the dish variant was quite nice. Stayed during weekend, the hotel was full and the restaurant was overload during breakfast, and they seems lack of staff, so most of the table were full with dirty plates.

For regional cities in Indonesia it is common that the fittings are often old, so its really elsewhere that you look to evaluate a hotel like this fairly. It is clean, the rooms are spacious, it is extremely convenient for both leisure and business, genuinely family friendly and has highly capable staff. The location is also ideal and the prices very fair.

Affordable room price with real 4star quality. Enough space for the room. Nice view from 7th floor. Got free snacks/welcome drinks from 2-6pm at Lobby Lounge. Quiet strategic location. Good swimming pool. My favorite about this hotel is the buffet breakfast and it is free. So yummy!!!

The Management of this Hotel is very poor, if you would like to use their Ballroom for any event, please be careful to the Sales woman, this woman will telling you bla bla bla, and then i paid the First Payment, she didn’t give me any contract to sign on, she told me the reason because i’m not in Indonesia. Which is i always using Online Contract for business in Europe. She said,that i have nothing experience about Hotel. And then because of the Rules due the Covid-19 from the Government, she used this moment for cancellation , then she don’t want to give my money back. after 2weeks she just runaway and give another person (the man) to talk with me. I’ve really not recommend to talk with disgusting person like them. And my friends told me there’s so many cockroaches in their room Hotels, you could find it on the Google, because she reported the story. So bye bye Cockroaches Hotel

This is an old hotel but room cleaning is not through. The room that i stayed has dirty cupboard. I asked them to clean it and they only bring a wet towel to clean without bring a proper cleaning tools (no disinfectant and glass shiny spray). The kettle never been washed, u need to check it and asked them to cleaned it. They said they sanitized the room in their IG but I doubt it from the way they cleaned the cupboard . Bed and pillows was okay, the blanket too thin and has tiny hole. Air con was super cold so I need to turned it off. This hotel quite far from anywhere in walking distance but okay if u bring car. The liquid soap smelled like floor carbol. Front desk work efficiently and this is the only hotel that asked around 25 USD for deposit with this kind of service.
