One of famous hotels in Medan. Even though it is an old hotel, but the room still good, big and clean. For the facilities, it has gym, coffee shop and swimming pool that people can try.

I wish Google had zero stars so I could write a more frank review of this hotel and convention center. We reserved the Convention Hall for our weeding on February 20, 2022, and according to the agreement, they do not provide the same services. Second, we booked the Presidential Suite room for our stay, and nothing inside of the suite: no HOT WATER, towels for one person, 2 water bottles, no mini bar, just the tea and coffee packs very cheap one. Fake four-star hotel. I believe OYO Hotels provide better services than this hotel.

Second, after getting married, the wedding planner team told us we'd get our photos and videos in two weeks, and today is May 5th, we've contacted them 1000 times for our photos and videos, and they've only sent us 30 photos and a three-minute video teaser, and we haven't received our full wedding photos and video in more than 90 days. Very unprofessional and 3rd-class hotel with a negative attitude.

As a foreigner, I would never recommend anyone to stay here or book a particular event there because they will sabotage your plans and make things worse.

Eventho they done da reno, but its an old hotel. The swimming pool is very nice and da location juz right in da center of Medan City, walking distance to few heritages n malls.

Run down, old, needs renovation, old AC, holes in the carpets also in neighbour room
We were floor 8

Somebody should run trough this hotel with a brush and paint everything new and put new wallpaper and carpets
Ah the window couldnt properly close…

I spent a day in this hotel swimming and eat, the steamboat and bbq promo was cheap i like the promo and also the view really relaxing. Parking lot was also really wide so we dont have to worry not getting parking space. I spent 1.3 mio rupiahs for 20 people with steamboat and bbq set and also "seafood beserak" its really cheap. But the mineral water was hella expensive for 1 bottle 15k rupiahs, and also the cafe was expensive too, but its okay because we're in a hotel can't complain about the price. The food was good. The staff was'nt that good maybe because of there's a lot of visitors in the weekends
