actually i don't have a problem with Hermes XXI, my experience in this XXI same with another XXI that i already visit, also the ticket for me is cheap its only cost 30k, but one think that make me shocked is the building ahaha the building looks creepy (more creepy in the night lol) and not well maintenance, too badly, but overall for the XXI is good and still had many visitors.

the cinema is nice and clean but the escalator did not work so not suite for the eldery.

Actually the cinema is nice and a lot of studios. There are some table to eat snack while waiting the show. Chairs almost anywhere so that we can sit and relax.
I am concerning the "mall" in lower level which we need to pass it before entering the cinema
The mall is not well organized. So many stand without concept so that me as a visitor must dancing left and right to pass through the stands. Quite an interesting experience.
The outdoor decoration is nice and elegant, by the way.

Dafuq is this place! There's some food and a cinema... That's it! But it's a nice cinema honestly... Oh there's star bucks too
