Good for the price. Simple place with simple breakfast. Its better than most budget places. Lots of parking space. Clean rooms. Problem no hot water!!! (There was some for a bit but on more)

New. Safe. Clean. Spacious. friendly and helpful crew. above standard amenities. Cheap. It served as our home for 11 nights and the manager is awesome friendly! You will find cheap food stalls around just outside the hotel.

I think this is one of the best budget hotel because the room is quite big and has a balkon, based on the spacious of the room i guess minimal is a 4 star room hotel standard. The hotel has 100+ clean room and spacious parking lot and can accomodate a big size bus. The breakfast has lot of food buffet choice to fulfill our stomach.

Rooms and reception are very clean and make a cultivated impression! Staff is very friendly but a very long wait if you want something! I had a few questions at the reception, instead of answering them immediately, I was left unaware and served other guests !! Not great therefore only 3

The room is kinda big for the rate; worth it!
It's a nice place to stay. The neighboring area is quite peaceful so you'll get a nice sleep.
