I stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The location is strategic, near the city center with various mode of transportation from and to the hotel. There is a fast food restaurant right beside the hotel. The staffs are friendly and offer good services. The rate is reasonable. The parking lot is very spacious. However, the room needs improvement particularly in it's hygiene. I didn't try the foods and beverages due to my stict schedule, so I can't make review regarding the corresponding topic.

This hotel had great prices, but boasted way to much about their rooms. Their descriptions made it sound like they had amazing rooms, but in reality, their best rooms looks like a budget room.
Everything was clean and comfortable. They had decent WiFi, but their TV channel package was low budget. Of course, during this pandemic, I'm sure businesses like this are struggling to remain open, as tourism is practically dead. They had a free breakfast included with the room, it was alright. The location was convenient for restaurants and basic shopping.

Nice place to stay around Medan City, Good personal of Staff and Front Office service was Great .

They have massage services, but they are not honest with the service.

Only one elevator working, room heavily smells of tobacco, no hot water during 2 nights stay, breakfast was poor, electric kettle in pretty bad condition avoid using it at all cost, electrical outlet only 1 available in the room.
Location wise it is quite strategic.

Good atmosphere. Great building. Near from fast food restoran for you who like to get a cheap meals.

The ballroom is great. There's few ballroom there so it may have more than 1 event in this hotel.

But, the musholla and toilet is under construction / renovation last month.

This hotel very great value for money. If you are looking for a budget hotel this is one of them. Rated as 4 star hotel, do not expect a full service 4 star hotel. The rooms are spacious easily accomodate more people with extra beds with some space to spare. Breakfast is modest to kick of your day. But being in Medan you must explore local food. Medan is famous for local food especially if you have no restrictions.
