i really enjoyed when i came here to visit my family, but when i want to go back, i was cofused with the way out.. no sign or direction which way to go. so i fill tired when i go around and find no way out.. no body to ask and i did tired when i find the way.. not good experienced

An A type of hospital in Medan, located in a strategic place and quite large. Have many services of medical issues and professional doctors. But the services need an improvement for a better service next.

Bad services, rude employee, unsistematic!!!! We got to wait an eternity for their services, they didn't take care of the patient immidiately and acted rude to families. They work here purely for money, NOT HUMANITY????????

Some nurses in cardiac building level 3 have bad-manner. They act as if a doctor and speak to patient unbehavely. Even this building is only for heart-problem patients, but they work very impolite. Thanks
