I really love and very happy for staying here. The room is so clean, and I get a very nice view. The breakfast also so satisfied, delicious and so many choices that you can eat. And the most important thing is, the staff was so kind and very friendly. I was really happy with the receptionist, her name is Intan. She was very helpful, professional and so kind. She deserves a bonus.

actually, Fave Hotel is one of my favourite hotels. they have nice rooms, staff and food. but here in Medan, i think you should improve for the resto's services. i have to wait an hour to get my lunch ready, or any other food that i order. ????????
the food is great, but sadly i have to wait too long..
but over all, great services! will be back here for the next trip for sure... ❤️

Room is small, breakfast variety not much and nearby doesn't have minimarket, the shower cannot have hot water and the kettle is broken
but compare to the price cannot complain much.

Nice place to stay, comfortable, near city center. Clerk and receptionist friendly and can be ask for help. What lack is just a little parking lot even if security had tried to smother it up.

Very decent hotel at affordable price. When staying in Medan with my colleague, I prefer this 3- stars hotel than a low budget room platform. I could have a full breakfast and enjoyed lots of facilities. Staffs were nice and helpful.
