It's the cheapest fair comfortable place to stay for backpackers. You may need to ask the neighbors about this place since there is no signs (names, etc.) at all. But for cheap price you've already got a spring bed, an air conditioner, a wifi, and a shared bathroom outside. My room was in the first floor and no windows.
