Chop Buntut offers great soup choices especially beef, oxtail, and internal parts of cow. Portion is good. They not only offer soup but also another delicacies that use oxtail as main ingredients. They also have meatballs and fried rice menus. Pricing is moderate high. Payment can be made by cash, card, and e-payment.

The staffs are not friendly. It took too long to serve the food. The soup would come early, and the rice took even longer despite being reminded multiple times. By the time the rice was served, the soup was cold.

They got my order wrong, but knowing how slow they work, I didn't even bother to report back and get food replaced.

I think this is just a bad experience at sun plaza's brach.
I often dine in at Kualanamu airport's branch and it's a way better experience.

Good food, lil expensive for the menu. They service is ok but customer would like if they smile more often

Good taste, tried this huge bowl of soup. Not a big fan of oxtail but it worth to try. Price 88k :)

Price : 7/10 (its quite expensive)
