Always make traffic jam.. it is all because their bus (out/in) from the terminal. I dont like it, and wish their move to other places

I used this Bus from Medan to Padang (No pol. 7521) at 31 Oct 2020. I did a quick look about their facilities and schedule on Traveloka app prior buying the ticket. It’s written on the app that the journey will take 22h 45m. I went to the ticket office and bought the ticket in person. I asked the officer and she said the journey will take 18h (kinda weird, bcz it too fast). BUT, In fact the journey took 35 HOURS. I was totally dissapointed with the wrong duration time. Another minus things from this Bus:
-the bus departed one hour late from the schedule
-the knob of the aircon on my seat was totally broken, so I could not close it. I felt cold all night long (I managed to block it tissue papper, but still cold)
- I moved to another seat as I can’t bear the cold longer, and the aircon on that seat was leaking. Cold water dripped all over of the seat
Totally worst service ever. I will not use this Bus company anymore
