Go to Bika Ambon in Medan, I think this is the 1st Bika Ambon store with Halal certificate, since then their business has been booming... if you plan to purchase Buka Ambon during lebaran holidays....be extremely patient, start queuing before 06.00... if not you'll be disappointed because they'll run out of Bika Ambon or lapis legit in minutes????????????

My family asked me to buy this Bika Ambon when I was in Medan instead of Bolu Meranti. And the taste was quite good. Big size original: 65k IDR, small size original: 35k IDR

This Bika Ambon is one of the specific culinary cake in Medan. To be honest, I don't really like Bika Ambon but I can assure you that this store is the most famous Bika Ambon shop in Medan. This is the first store (which also been renovated) they have, the second one is located around 500 meters from this store. Zulaikha got her game since they are acclaimed as the first labelled halal Bika Ambon. This conducts as a guarantee for people (especially Moslem) to buy since Bika Ambon are usually made from fermented ingredients. Offers you a lot of Bika Ambon bakery that been package. The prive not cheap but also not expensive. Headquarter store opened at 07.00 Wib and located in Jl. Majapahit so that easy to find at normal traffic on the heart of Medan city.
