This shop serves fish soup bee hun (rice vermicelli) with evaporated milk similar to those in Singapore. Slices of fresh black snapper fillets are used by the owner, which are very similar to Nile Tilapia fish or Nila fish, but definitely deep sea water fishes taste better.
A bowl of fish soup bee hun costs Rp33,000 (S$3.30) - a generous portion of rice vermicelli, fish slices, choy sum vegetable, spring onion and filled up with a thick fish based soup with evaporated milk. Before start to scoop the first spoon, please add in the deep fried julienne gingers.
