Delicious foods n drink easy to reach, have big parking area (this is what i like), the crew is politely and responsive.

Considerably reasonable price for good meal. Coffee is nice, and other variations of beverages are available as well. Wifi connection is highly reliable and strong. Parking spot is more than enough.
Only downside: AC in non-smoking room is not chill enough. Leaves smell on ur clothes after spending time in that room. Sometimes can be overcrowded by group lunch/dinner.

A medium place to just kill time. Its black coffee is not recommended, especially, the staff here puts sugar in it by default. It has a large smoking area.

I really like their tea specially ice thai tea jelly. I always order it if i come over here. The place good enough just for chit chat. Not too noisy and food also quite good. But they only accept cash

Great access wifi ????, good ambience and nicely staff. Best Tea Tarik according my brothers opinion.

Good palace, wide parking area but some food are too much sugar and too hot
