Room was pretty nice. Bathroom had some black mold though and we could hear the neighbours pretty well. The beds were not long enough for me. Roomservice stole a piece of branded clothing from us. When we notified the staff they denied it and when we needed to check out they checked our room and "found" it under the bed. But we both checked under the bed together (we lifted it and moved it out of the way and there was nothing there.)

Birthday lunch ruined. Bad service, tenderloin steak is so dry and overcooked like burnt rock charging at whooping $25. Fish and chips is soggy and salty. Lamb shank is slightly better than but still overpriced. Overall a horrendous experience, never ever coming back here.

Located at the midle of the city. Room is clean but not big enough, pool was nice but too crowded with the small kiddos, food was good unless the staff isnt really having good hospitality since its 5star hotel soo ya

Hotel very poor of cleaning. Don’t believe with the pictures and the excellent ratings. Gym equipment is all are broken. Towels so dirty. All the wall are falling apart. Carpet so dirty. Pool water color is dirty. The AC on the hallway is very warm. Stuff is helping try to do the best. But the property is to old. The mall next the hotel are close like abandoned buildings. I booked with booking.com unfortunately I can’t get refund. Please be aware this hotel is not excellent. Is very very poor.

slow checkin process, the room was not ready yet.
you could expect 1 hour checkin time in this hotel.

We had a perfect stay here again!
the first hotel with the most frendly staff in my opinion,we were very please to meet funny or Fani again,she gave really good service.
Sure i will stay again here !!

I really love for staying here. The staffs are very friendly, kind and also professional. The room is so comfort, classy, classic, and the view is so good. The location I think in the middle of the city. We can go every where which is only takes around 5 minutes to Sun Plaza. The most I like here is the breakfast menus. So many choices that you can enjoy while you stay here. Very hopefully I can stay here next. Thank You for a best service.
