At first it was ok, the receptionist was friendly and informative but when I was delivered to my room I was really sorry to have booked this inn. I got room number 108 with the letter door of room H. When I entered I checked the bathroom immediately came out the aroma was not pleasant it turns out because the floor is not clean plus the floor under the shower faucet precisely at the back of the closet there are yellow spots on the floor. Estimated spots of the floor from the water dripping continuously and left just like that of the innkeeper so that the floor turned yellow. The color of the water coming out of the yellow closet is like urine and septic tank water (sorry I have to be honest). The drains also emit rancid scents. I can't stand, finally I close the bathroom door and I prop it up with a trash can. Even worse the trash can smelled of the pub. After I checked it turned out that the inside of the trash bin contained droplets of water left over from the garbage which had been thrown away before causing odor. The combination of the smell of the bathroom and the smell of trash cans makes me short of breath until I have to use a mask. The more night the smell evaporates the whole room because the bathroom walls do not blend with the ceiling of the room but leave an open space at the top that makes the smell come out from the bathroom to the bedroom plus the 108-H room is so small that the smell fills the room. I really did not feel comfortable until midnight I had not complained to the innkeeper because I was lazy to make noise, but I was only here for one night because tomorrow I had to go home. KAPOK I STAY HERE IF IT WASN'T BECAUSE 1 NIGHT AGAIN AND THE TOMORROW MUST BACK, I'VE DIRECTLY CHECK OUT WHEN I CHECK IN. I don't know what other rooms are like my room but I noticed that other guests didn't complain. Moreover, this inn does not prohibit non-Muslim couples from staying together. When I was the hotel staff they said it didn't matter because their lodging was not airy sharia.

Hari ini tanggal 29 Juni 2019(hari ini saat saya sedang menuliskan review ini) saya check in di Airy Medan Selayang Abdul Hakim Gang Cengkeh No.20. Awalnya sih okeh, resepsionisnya ramah dan informatif tapi begitu diantar ke kamar saya benar - benar menyesal udah pesan penginapan ini. Saya dapat kamar nomor 108 dengan huruf pintu kamar H. Begitu masuk saya cek kamar mandi langsung keluar aroma gak sedap ternyata karena lantainya gak bersih ditambah lantai dibawah keran pancuran tepatnya dibagian belakang closet terdapat  bercak kuning pada lantai. Perkiraan bercak lantai itu dari air yang menetes terus menerus dan dibiarkan begitu saja sama pengelola penginapan sehingga membuat lantai menguning. Warna air yang keluar dari closet kuning seperti air kencing dan air septic tank (maaf saya harus jujur). Saluran pembuangan juga keluar aroma anyir. Saya gak tahan akhirnya saya tutup pintu kamar mandi dan saya ganjal dengan tong sampah. Lebih parah lagi tong sampahnya pub berbau. Setelah saya cek ternyata tong sampah bagian dalamnya berisi tetesan air sisa sampah yang dibuang sebelumnya sehinggal menimbulkan bau. Gabungan bau kamar mandi dan bau tong sampah membuat saya sesak nafas sampai harus menggunakan masker. Makin malam baunya makin menguap seisi kamar karena dinding kamar mandi tidak menyatu dengan langit - langit kamar melainkan menyisakan ruang terbuka dibagian atas yang bikin bau keluar dari kamar mandi sampai ke ruang tidur ditambah kamar 108-H ini sangat kecil jadi baunya memenuhi kamar. Saya benar - benar gak nyaman sampai tengah malam saya belum komplain ke penglola penginapan karena malas ribut toh saya cuma 1 malam saja di sini karena besok harus pulang. Yang paling buat saya kaget adalah tengah malam ada benda jatuh dikaki saya. Saya pikir cicak ternyata kecoa alias lipas dengan ukuran besar. Saya menjerit dan kecoanya terbang ke arah lemari lalu menyelinap kesamping lemari yang bersebelahan dengan dinding. Sempat saya videokan dan saya capture. Mulai gak tenang tidur saya belum selesai masalah bau kamat mandi yang menyengat hidung malah muncul masalah baru yakni adanya kecoa. Saya yakin kecoa ini berasal dari lobang saluran pembuangan yang ada dikamar mandi yang terbang melaui dinding bagian atas kamar mandi yang terbuka. Kecoa kembali terbang menuju pintu kamat dan dinding kamar lalu loncang ke sisi samping tempat tidur. Saya loncat dan menepi ke sudut tempat tidur karena gak tau harus bergerak kemana lagi mengingat kamar yang kecil. Saya beranikan diri untuk memukul kecoanya dengan bantai kecil airy room lalu kecoanya lari ke bawah tempat tidur. SAYA BENAR BENAR KECEWA SEKALI DENGAN FASILITAS KAMAR NO.108-H DI AIRY MEDAN SELAYANG ABDUL HAKIM GANG CENGKEH NO.20 ALIAS AIRY NAGITOS. SANGAT TIDAK REKOMENDED !!! KAPOK SAYA MENGINAP DISINI KALAU TIDAK KARENA 1 MALAM LAGI DAN BESOKNYA HARUS PULANG, SAYA SUDAH LANGSUNG CHECK OUT KETIKA SAYA CHECK IN. Saya gak tau apa kamar lainnya seperti kamar saya tapi saya perhatikan tamu lainnya tidak ada komplen. Terlebih penginapan ini tidak melarang pasangan bukan muhrim menginap bersama. Ketika saya saya staf hotelnya mereka bilang tidak masalah karena penginapan mereka bukan airy syariah.
PENGINAPAN AIRY MEDAN SELAYANG ABDUL HAKIM GANG CENGKEH NO.20 AMAT TIDAK LAYAK UNTUK DIJADIKAN PENGINAPAN SEKELAS AIRY ROOM !!!!
