It is a very high demand Sio Bak. Although the place is a little hidden, covered by a big wall beside the shop.

The Old Uncle relentlessly Chop the Sio Bak. The online order do not stop even for a second when I am there enjoying the meal.

If only they have Hainanesse Rice to serve with the Sio Bak, I think it can raise the level.

The Sio Bak is Perfect, it has the tenderness and while the skin is Very Crispy, The Soup is a little spicy, Chasio on the other hand is a little too sweet for me.

Tasty Chinese style of grill pork with reasonable pricing. Lunch crowd is expected daily. Very juicy meat. If you are pork lovers, you must come and dine in here. Do not forget to take the salted vegetable soup as it complements the taste of the grill pork rice. Clean environment. Parking lot is quite hard to be found during peak hour. Once you try you will not regret it and will come back again.

It feels just right for me, the meat is not juicy but more crunchy and pairs well with home-cooked soup without msg. Fits perfectly on the tongue.

Sio bak pui Agu is the best crispy roasted pork and charsiew rice in Medan. I reckon this shop rank above chasio asan, chasio afoek88, chasio bengbeng and apin chasio percut because of its well marinated pork belly and char siew and the owner uses charcoal to roast them.
