Man, this is kinda expensive-ish hospital with not-too-good-quality and low standard building for a premium hospital. Long line, they need more improvement in hospitality and the doctors. I don't say the docs are bad. I say, maybe more examination, more stand by special doctors, etc.

I showed up and in less than a hour recieved the care needed. If you need skin staples removed, this is the place. Clean and professional staff. They even let me borrow cell phone charger and snacks!

This hospital is affiliated with Siloam Group, one of the largest hospital networks in Indonesia, so they have good standard of service. The hospital is come with modern building and good facilities, clean, neat with huge parking area.

Jeez, I thought i would be the only one complaining about this hospital, since in jakarta Siloam hospital is so good! But here, man.. ???? I went twice. First time was with my stepdad, it was alright actually, but some of the staffs were to curious about my personal life, they asked unnecessary questions about me and my stepdad.

Second time, I went for my sister's checkup,the doctor was not communicative at all.

Holy wow I thought waiting for a doctor took a long time in the US. Plan for a good 4+ hours if you’re trying to seeing a doctor. We had to give up because it was already 9pm and we had to get back to the kids/babysitter at home. An army of staff behind the desks/counters outnumbers patients more than twofold and yet you’ll find yourself hurrying up and waiting, over and over and over. A tranquilized turtle moves it’s process along faster than the staff here

Literally the worst. DO NOT USE if you need a PCR test to fly. Test was processed and uploaded to the Indonesian government system within 12 hours, but the hospital refused to send the PDF document (actually required to fly) until 30 hours after the test was taken. Eventually I had a friend go to the hospital as I was already in Jakarta, and the results were in my email about two minutes later...
