1. The receptionist demanded 40000 IDR on top of what we had already paid and wouldn't let us in until we pay. No reason for this was given.
2. We were placed in a room different from the one we paid for. We had to ask to provide us with the proper room.
3. Both rooms that we saw were extremely dirty and smelly. The first room had dirty sheets and hair all over them. The second room had the same issues + the bathroom was peed all over and the smell from that was just awful!

The receptionist was so unfriendly
we booked 2 nights on booking and as we arrived they told us that they are full booked out and we need to search something else. i was looking at all the rooms and they were all empty. i thoght that they only tell that because they don‘t want us to stay here.

We already paid the taxi to here plus the booking with creditcard.

Thats not the way you should treat your guests.

Just checked-in. Good place, but cigarettes smell very annoying. Toilet a bit gunk and stain. Linen is a bit stain and smelly

Sekardiyu guess house is located at sekardiyu street, Mataran. The room is good and comfortable but i think the room's price is too expensive. The service of sekardiyu guess house is good
