Rich hotel? More like mold hotel! This hotel is so disgusting, mold everywhere which means that it also smells so bad and unhealthy. We booked here without knowing, tried to change rooms but every single one we entered was the same and then we asked for a refund but they said they can’t do that. It is super disappointing and not even worth staying here even though it’s cheap- breathing in mold for an entire night just can’t be good. -100/10 !!

Went to stay here with my husband, we have great times. The host is super friendly, room is clean and brand new. And there is a food court just accros the hotel! We especially love the location. Very convenient and easy to find. Also, the price is really cheap..

Very cool city hotel. So greeny. Nice design. Brand new. And across food court center. You'll never get hungry. Great location in the middle of Mataram city. Also near the alfamart, indomaret and atm machine. The owner is super friendly and the staff always smiling. Love the hospitality. Spacious parking lot.
