On a recent trip to Lombok we made the decision to purchase an investment property to expand our portfolio. After speaking to some of the local real estate "experts" we came across Tom from Reef Property. His local knowledge was extraordinary and variety of properties Reef had on offer allowed us to find the right property at the right price with the return we were looking for. Tom also helped us with the rather complex Indonesian property laws which are very different to those in Australia. Our villa purchase settled last week and we are very happy with our new investment. Full marks to Tom and the team at Reef Property. They really know their market and are very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to visit Lombok over New Years and looked at some real estate options while we were on holidays.

Tom and Lucy from Reef Property were able to show us around the South Coast including the house they built for themselves. They were also able to introduce us to architects, property managers and builders who they have already experienced working with. I've had a number of dealings with Tom from Reef Property. I wasn't in the market for villas as I was looking for land only. Tom was more than happy to point me in the right direction and gave me invaluable advice. I felt I was pushing him a bit much for information but Tom really helped me out on my last two property scoping visits to the island. Highly recommended!

I recently inspected villas and land options in South Lombok with my husband while on holidays in Lombok. We were focussing on the Selong Belanak area. We just wanted to thank Tom and Lucy from Reef Property for their professionalism and taking the time to show us around, the Travel Guide on their website was also a massive help!
